Certificate details

Gas Safety (CP12)

Annual gas safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Landlords must provide a copy to tenants within 28 days.

Electrical Installation Condition Report. Required every 5 years or at change of tenancy.

Required for HMOs with 5+ occupants forming 2+ households. Some councils require selective licensing for all rentals.
